Market Data Integrity Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Market Data integrity
  • Writing procedures to ensure future compliance
  • Highlighting areas where automatic alerts can be incorporated
  • Working with technology and test teams to ensure accuracy of any automation
  • Research into market changes that will affect future data integrity
  • Responsibility to cover both input and output data to vendors
  • Administration of standing data to ensure QA compliance
  • Manage and ensure the integrity of market data/ standing data
  • Manage and ensure the efficiency and compliance to SLA of updating call originators of call status
  • Proactively monitoring resolution times adherence to escalation issues in keeping with SLA
  • Raising procedural change requests and managing coordination of such requests
  • Coordination with market/data vendor team and Equiduct technology team regarding new software releases/system changes/network upgrades/comms etc
  • Liaising and time planning between test teams and data vendors to ensure effective transition
  • Managing data changes and compliance

Skills:

  • Understanding of the equities trading environment
  • Understanding of exchange procedures and administration
  • Understanding of trading system/software
  • Understanding of data flows and compliance issues
  • Previous experience of working with market data or similar
